Interested in volunteering at our garden? If you are new to the garden and want to receive emails about volunteer workshifts, please send an email to [email protected].
We work in teams in order to coordinate our work. No experience is necessary! Tools are supplied but it’s a good idea to bring your own gardening or work gloves.
During the gardening season, check our Events page to find out when shifts are scheduled. The calendar will note which days we are working. Shifts noted as “closed” on the calendar are reserved for corporate volunteers and are not open to individual volunteers.
As of September 2026, these are our open drop-in shifts. No sign up is required; simply drop in at the start of a volunteer workshift.
- Every Sunday morning until the end of October from 10 AM – 12 noon
We also have harvest shifts on Tuesday evening and Friday morning and watering shifts. We are not recruiting new volunteers for the harvesting and watering teams for the remainder if the season.
Rain
We work rain or shine but not during thunderstorms or heavy downpours.
What to Bring
- Please wear closed toe shoes – running shoes, crocs, boots etc. No sandals.
- Please bring water to drink.
- Garden gloves or work gloves are recommended.
- Please consider sunscreen and a hat.
