Summer’s End Harvest Update

The great growing weather continues with a mix of hot sunny days and rain days.

These vegetables are currently for sale.  Our last Wednesday sales day is August 29th starting at 6:30 pm.  Starting September 4th, we will begin selling on Tuesday evenings, 6:30 PM to dusk,  We continue to sell produce on Saturdays as well, from 10 AM to Noon.

  • Tomatoes
  • Yellow squash and zucchini and long squash
  • Beans (green, yellow, long red beans)
  • Kale
  • Swiss chard
  • Beets
  • Carrots
  • Parsley and basil

Upcoming Harvest

These vegetables are starting to ripen and should be available for sale sometime in September:

  • Eggplant
  • Cabbage
  • Potatoes (end of September or early October)

We will begin harvesting Jerusalem artichokes in October.

Hopefully you were lucky enough to enjoy the rasberries, gooseberries, strawberries, asparagus, lettuce, radishes, garlic and bok choy that we have already harvested  and which we will see again next spring and summer.
