18 members of PNG met with two interpreters from Gibson House on March 7, 2015. We started in the kitchen where we chopped and mixed to make soda bread baked in a Dutch kettle placed on ashes with ashes on top, soup cooked in a kettle on an open flame and cookies in the hearth. We had a tour of the kitchen and living quarters. We learned about preserving roots in a barrel and sand.

A wonderful time was had by all!
